Through old and blooming Tuscany proprietary olive trees, the architecture and the nature merge together and all along the dwelling grow terraces, balconies, stone benches through aromatic herbs where it becomes easy to carve out moments of absolute relax, alone or in company. In an overlook position, isolated, but just 2 Km from the center town, the dwelling is located in the most exclusive part of the hill of Cortona.

Since the arrival to the house you can breathe and catch the atmosphere of another era. The first certain new of the house hail from the 1635 and it was belonging to the Monastery of the religious order of Agostino, place of praying, working and contemplation.
The house is composed by a spacious ground floor living room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with all the services and a small bathroom; at the first floor there are one double room, another room with 2 separate beds and a bathroom. Outdoor you can find a gazebo, a barbeque, a table and a bench all of them in stonework and 2 solarium terraces.
Inside the rooms feeble colors create a relaxing atmosphere and the windows are natural pictures on the most typical Tuscany landscape.

Is pleasing remain outdoor under the roofing of the old barn enjoying the twists of the colors from the dawn to the sunset, through the underlying valley and hills, and why not, drinking a good glass of Cortona wine.
